Our body therapy sessions focus on helping the individual to increase hope and trust in their bodies. Whether they are an office worker with shoulder and wrist pain, a retiree desiring to decrease lower back pain, a yogi seeking to deepen their practice, or a new mom in her last trimester wishing for some relief, Upward Spiral has something to offer. Structural Energetic Therapy®
SET sessions are recommended for clients wishing to make lasting changes in their body for rehabilitation or prevention of painful conditions. These sessions last 90 minutes and include a cranial/structural component with deep tissue bodywork. See the Structural Energetic Therapy Page for more information about this modality.

Emotional Energy Release Therapy
EERT sessions are a wonderful adjunct to SET sessions. These sessions are for clients who may be under great stress or life changes. By utilizing the power of the breath to release energy from the body, these sessions help to break through tension in different way than body work does. Cranial/Structural Sessions
Core Distortion Release: This session includes the Quick Release pressure point series on the neck/shoulders and the Cranial/Structural Core Distortion Release, considered the “golden nugget” of SET. Great intro into this life changing bodywork.Therapeutic Bodywork
For the client who wants to leave the session feeling like we changed something. These sessions can be full-body or focused on specific areas and follow deep tissue massage protocols. Variations and additions to these routines include deep tissue, pressure points, reiki and cranial/structural work, Himalayan Hot Stones, MotherEarth® Pillows, and aromatherapy upon request.$75 – 60 minutes

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Light pressure strokes intended to stimulate the lymphatic system. For clients experiencing swelling and inflammation.-
Relaxation Massage
For the client that wants to slow down, let go, and just relax. These sessions include flowing movements to increase circulation and help calm down the nervous system. May also include Himalayan Hot Stones, MotherEarth® Pillows, and aromatherapy upon request.$75 – 60 minutes

Chair Massage
Chair massage has been shown to increase productivity in the work environment and promote overall wellbeing among friends and colleagues. We visit schools, hospitals and offices within Hillsborough County. We can be hired by a company for an hourly rate or come on the basis of individual pay. Contact US to schedule.
Corporate rate: $65 for first hour, then $50 hour after that.
Individual pay: $1/minute
