A few weekends ago I recieved my Reiki Level One attunement. Reiki is a common form of healing energy work and anyone can access it. The attunements tune our bodies to be able to transmit the energy more efficiently. I have already had clients respond positively to the difference in my touch.

I am also working on some new package options to be posted soon. I know the economy has got us down a bit, but care of our bodies is important, so I want to make it easier to give ourselves what we deserve.
After taking a month off, we will be returning in April with the Vibrational Healing Session. This month we will actually be meeting on the first Tuesday of the month, April 6th at 7pm at Living Harmony Healing Center.
I have been doing these sessions for almost a year now and I am still surprised at what I gain each time. In our last session, I was very calm and relaxed, though at the end at had a surge of anger run through me. Not so pleasant. However, it became very clear that I needed to confront someone in my life and was able to do so following the session from a very grounded place. Once I got to see this person face-to-face I spoke my truth and was amazed at how much it actually opened up the space for more understanding between us. It is the first time I had an experience like this from the bowls and though it had its moments of discomfort, I am very thankful.

I apologize for the last minute reminders; I have been enjoying the last few days before I return back to school this semester that I have gotten a bit off my routines. Spending locally is a great way to do this. I once described these sessions as being inside a crystal glass as it is being “played” by someone running their finger around the outside. It is like I am swallowed by the vibrations…often I experience feelings of extreme calmness and serenity. Though sometimes, like last month, I felt my mind kept going a mile a minute gently being soothed to slow down. Even though the mind chatter didn’t leave, I come back into my life renewed and ready to deal with the issues I was facing.
