Upward Spiral Therapy offers services in both body therapy and education. We believe in treating both the body and the mind to increase our clients’ well-being.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Nyssa works with her clients to effectively treat conditions causing their physical pain so that they may return to their regular activities and enjoy the experience of being in their bodies.  When we are in pain our physical and emotional potential is inhibited.  Rehabilitating from painful conditions allows us to return to our lives with joy and inspiration.

As a life-long student, Nyssa also knows about the importance of continuing education.  Often, when we take on a new endeavor, learning a skill or practice, we have the amazing opportunity to learn about ourselves.  Whether it be attending a workshop to learn new bodywork skills or participating in a writing workshop designed to help us get in touch with our deeper selves, we inevitably encounter parts inside us we didn’t know were there or thought was dormant.  Any form of education has the power to wake up a part of us we didn’t know was sleeping or revive a curiosity we thought was long gone.
